Frequently Asked Questions

What is included with my puppy purchase? +

All our puppies come with up-to-date vaccinations, deworming treatments, a comprehensive health check by a licensed veterinarian, health records, a starter kit with food samples, and our 1-year health guarantee. We also provide lifetime support and guidance for your new puppy.

What is your health guarantee? +

We offer a comprehensive 1-year health guarantee that covers genetic disorders. If your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic disorder within one year of purchase, we will replace the puppy or provide a full refund. The guarantee requires that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase for an initial health check.

How do you ensure the health of your puppies? +

We work exclusively with breeders who follow strict health testing protocols. All parent dogs are health screened for breed-specific conditions. Our puppies receive regular veterinary care, proper nutrition, and are raised in clean, home environments with plenty of socialization to ensure they develop into healthy, well-adjusted dogs.

What is your adoption process? +

Our adoption process begins with an application or inquiry. We'll then schedule a phone consultation to discuss your needs and answer any questions. If you decide to move forward, we require a deposit to hold your puppy. The remaining balance is due before or at pickup/delivery. We offer both pickup options and delivery services to most locations.

Do you offer delivery services? +

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery services through trusted pet transportation companies. Delivery costs vary based on location and are calculated individually. We ensure all transportation meets the highest standards for pet safety and comfort. Alternatively, you're welcome to pick up your puppy directly from us.

Can I visit the puppies before adopting? +

We offer virtual meet-and-greets via video call so you can see the puppies and ask questions. For the health and safety of our puppies, in-person visits are limited and scheduled by appointment only. This helps us maintain a clean, stress-free environment for our puppies.

What is your refund policy? +

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another available puppy if you change your mind. Full refunds are only provided in accordance with our health guarantee policy. If you're unable to keep your puppy for any reason, we require that you return the puppy to us rather than rehoming it yourself.

What should I prepare before bringing my puppy home? +

Before bringing your puppy home, you should have: a safe space (crate or puppy-proofed area), food and water bowls, high-quality puppy food, a collar and leash, identification tags, toys, grooming supplies, and puppy pads if you'll be training indoors. We provide a detailed puppy preparation guide to all our new puppy parents.

Do you provide breeding rights? +

Most of our puppies are sold as companion pets with limited registration, which means they cannot be used for breeding. Breeding rights may be available for an additional fee for qualified breeders who meet our standards. This policy helps us ensure responsible breeding practices.

What support do you offer after adoption? +

We offer lifetime support to all our puppy families. This includes access to our team for questions about training, behavior, nutrition, and healthcare. We also provide resources on puppy care, training tips, and can recommend local trainers and veterinarians in your area.
